Small & Co Restoration featured in EDP

The restoration on the Lowestoft trawler Mincarlo by Small & Co has been featured in the Eastern Daily Press Newspaper.

The Mincarlo, first built in 1961 by Brooke Marine, is undergoing replacement metalwork, as well as work on her interior.

The trawler will also undergo a survey, which looks to detail what is needed to restore the historic boat to it’s former condition.

Restoration plans include an area for a museum space, allowing visitors to experience the ship, connected so closely to Lowestoft, when she is finally returned to Heritage Quay in the coming weeks.
