Surveys carried out on Trinity House Vessel, Alert
Trinity House vessel Alert has recently been docked for 5 yearly Special Class Surveys.

The surveys on the Rapid Intervention Vehicle (RIV) looked at her propulsion systems.
The ship that responds to maritime incidents on the South East Coast has been designed with buoy handling, wreck marking, towing and multibeam and side scan hydrographic surveying capability, giving her one of the highest technical standards of her kind.
On completion of all works and painting she was undocked on 05/05/2011.
